Senior Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager works under minimal guidance and in alignment with client's project methodology to lead the development, implementation, and completion of small to medium-sized projects. These projects typically involve one or more business lines, impact one or more software applications, and carry low to medium visibility and risk.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business unit managers and project sponsors to define project scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule.

Support IT team goals by providing project management services for assigned business segments.

Assemble and manage project teams, identify risks, implement changes, and monitor progress.

Ensure effective team communication and issue management.

Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

5–7+ years of related experience.

2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, MS Excel, and related tools.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex situations. Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master certification from an accredited institution.

Project Management certification from an accredited institution.

Education: Bachelors Degree
