Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:
Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams
Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignment
Collaborate with ownership and field leadership to meet project goals

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Project Manager candidates will bring:
Experience managing commercial, light industrial, or retail construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
