Restaurant Manager

Our valued Management Team Members oversee all aspects of the unit operation in a lively, fast-paced environment. Thorough hands-on training on our proprietary systems and procedures will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
• Hire, inspire, train, develop, terminate, and discipline team members
• Supervise and direct employee work
• Ensure consistent achievement of food quality, taste, presentation, guest service, and safety standards are consistently achieved
• Maintain the unit's cleanliness and sanitation
• Engage with guests to ensure pleasant experiences
• Work throughout the restaurant in various positions
• Monitor and order inventory and supplies
• Record sales, expenses, payroll, and other financial records
• Deliver cash deposits to the local depository bank
• Create and adhere to the unit's budget
• Coordinate local area marketing activities
• Understand and adhere to employment and food service laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Working holidays and weekends is typically required. The work schedule typically requires approximately 50 hours per week.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and dependable. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to perform without supervision.
• Able to use a computer to record unit data and be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Driver's License is required.
Experience:
• Two years of restaurant experience with at least one of the years at Management level.
Education:
• Preference will be given to applicants with a High School Diploma.
