Supervisor, Media & Entertainment (Remote)

A great opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor, Media & Entertainment. Recent working knowledge of GDS Systems is required for both reservations as well as fares and ticketing support for your team.

As a Supervisor, Media & Entertainment, you will

Monitor team workload and performance and ensure a high level of service is provided

Support the Operations Manager

Focus on the frequent creation of performance data reports

Motivate and support your team

Drive operational service, quality, and efficiencies

Monitor Policy adherence / Quality Control

Deal with client feedback in a calm and professional manner

Deal with VIP clients

Be responsible for Travel Consultant training

Be able to manage and support multiple operational setups globally

About you

Experience in the Media and Entertainment sector is required

Highly effective oral and written communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent leadership and motivational skills

Must be calm, professional, and level-headed

Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing landscape

Troubleshooting skills and creative thinking

Proficiency in GDS Sabre is a must

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor, Media & Entertainment is between $70,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
