JOB SUMMARY:
Consistently achieve sales growth objectives and Business Driver goals through the effective management of all key activities within the accounts assigned. Plan, organize and execute the sales and marketing activities of all brands in assigned accounts.
Core Job Functions
Achieve all the sales goals and Business Driver Objectives in the assigned accounts
Meet all the distribution and activity standards within the account
Manage all selling activities within the accounts to include order mgmt, merchandising, signage utilization, program execution, Staff training, promotional activity, AR
Prospect to acquire new accounts
Assist in properly marketing of all key brands in the on-premise
Offer and distribute key brand promotional ideas and activities Key Accountabilities and Workstreams
Pre-plan sales calls and present new products and promotions to all buyers
Audit and maintain quality assurance (QA) standards for products
Manage Accounts Receivables to be within credit terms
Use all sales tools and resources for order entry and other sales related activities
Maintain current route list with current data and information
Use Data Driller for effective sales tracking
Educate customers with product information to assist with retail sales
Create beer lists and drink menus for accounts
Aggressively seek additional cooler placement, shelf space, and/or menu placements
Inform customers of new items, programs, and price increases
Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and sales events
Complete tracking forms as required by manager in a timely fashion Leadership Requirements

Develop and maintain positive relationships with accounts
Balance Company objectives with supplier and retailer requests

Daily deadlines for a Sales Representative includes: meeting order entry deadlines, and meeting daily deadlines for seeing assigned accounts.
Turn in money collected to office twice per week.
Audit and maintain QA standards and notify management of deficiencies.
A Sales Representative is sometimes responsible for performing duties beyond the normal workday.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma
Ownership of computer with software compatible with the company's

MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light mental and visual attention required for performing work where there is some variety but actions taken and decisions made are limited to few possibilities. Work requires some coordination with others. AND/OR set-up, regulate, and adjust simple machines or processes.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time, move about to access various objects, operates office machinery such as a computer, communicate effectively. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Ability to use the following software: Data Driller, E-Mail, Microsoft Office, Indigo Olive.
