Responsibilities

Develop design concepts, presentations, and technical drawings for a variety of project types.

Prepare, coordinate, and review construction documents and specifications.

Ensure designs meet applicable building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during design and construction phases.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address design-related issues.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand project goals and provide design solutions.

Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.

Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Professional architectural license [or actively pursuing licensure].

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
