About the Role

We are hiring a Field Support Specialist on behalf of a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services. This organization supports a wide range of industries including food, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. The Field Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting technical sales and field service operations across North America, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency between field teams and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

As a Field Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support to the Field Services team, helping drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This highly interactive role involves frequent communication with field technicians, service managers, and operations leaders. You’ll be responsible for managing data, coordinating service activities, and supporting CRM and SAP systems to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to field service teams across North America

Serve as a liaison between field technicians and internal departments

Utilize CRM and SAP systems to manage service records and customer data

Collaborate with supervisors and peers to resolve service-related issues

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for service activities

Support onboarding and training of new field team members as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in field support or technical sales support

OR

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (entry-level candidates welcome)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with CRM platforms and/or SAP systems

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, phone, email)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Customer service mindset and ability to work independently

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

Fast learner with a proactive attitude

Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Research and data analysis capabilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
