Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Lead Developer to spearhead our business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, strong data analysis capabilities, and a proven track record of working independently with clients. This role involves leading BI projects, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-impact dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Power BI development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. - Strong command of Power Query, DAX, and data modeling principles. - Experience implementing RLS, advanced filtering, and interactive report features. - Proficiency in managing Power BI Service, including gateways, refresh schedules, and access control. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of BI projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise-level BI environments. - Familiarity with SQL, Azure Data Services, or other data platforms. - Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies.
