Must Have

10+ years of hands-on experience Development, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions.

Worked on Tools like Java, JSP, Servlets, spring, Struts 1.2, Struts2, Hibernate, Web Services, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, JST, Spring boot, Microservices, Jira

Strong leadership skills and ability to self-manage

Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.

Understanding of web development phases

Customer facing, gathering specifications and communicating effectively to the development team

Manage, interface and define responsibilities.
