Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with HRSD

Location: - Columbus, OH (5 Days Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Documents, and HR Knowledge.

Configure HR Service Portal and Employee Service Center.

Build workflows, client scripts, business rules, and automation to improve HR service delivery.

Integrate ServiceNow with external HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Create reports and dashboards to monitor HR services.

Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related issues. Requirements:

Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, GlideRecord, workflows).

Hands-on experience with HRSD modules and portals.

Experience integrating with external HR systems.

Familiarity with Flow Designer and Service Portal customization.

Good communication skills and ability to work with HR stakeholders.

ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, HRSD Implementation).
