Sr. Python Developer

Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Python Developer for a client in the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

Join a high-impact Artificial Intelligence team driving innovation in ML, NLP, and Generative AI.

Work on state-of-the-art projects in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.

Explore and implement new technologies while focusing on your areas of passion and expertise.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of intelligent systems, from concept to deployment.

Participate in research work focused on Gen AI evaluation and experimentation.

Collaborate within a cross-functional, agile team environment that values continuous learning and innovation. Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or a related field (MS in Machine Learning preferred).

3 years of experience with Python development.

2 years of experience with AWS services.

2 years of experience with SQL.

2 years of experience working with Python libraries for ML, NLP, Search, and AI.

Ability to conduct research and evaluation in the field of Generative AI.

Experience with NER, Chatbots, RAG, Gen AI, Agentic AI is a plus.

Proven ability to work in an agile, collaborative team environment.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
