Seeking a level 2 Help Desk to add to our team.
Preferred skills to include but not limited to:
-Windows 7,10,11
-Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2025
-Systems administration including Active Directory, Windows Group Policy
-Troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, file, and print services
-Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking
-Solid knowledge of Microsoft MS Office 365
-Experience with RDP and Citrix
-Experience with Remote Management Tools
-Citrix
Salary based on experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car
