Details:
Join International SI (IST) as a Full Stack Application Developer on the Product Services team. You'll create and enhance applications that modernize the International Investment industry. Your role involves building cloud-based tools that integrate with regional UIs and refactoring the Global Product Services mid-tier application to add multi-region capabilities. You'll also develop new investment tools like the Fund Compare Tool and Portfolio Analytics Tool.
Responsibilities as a Senior Engineer:
Design, build, and maintain APIs in a cloud-based micro-services architecture.
Re-platform existing applications to utilize AI, APIs, cloud, and micro-services.
Provide senior-level expertise in building or re-platforming business services as APIs for internal and external use.
Define bounded contexts for conceptual API models and write API specifications.
Lead and guide technical teams in developing solutions that integrate with existing IT systems to deliver business value.
Develop automated tests for functional, performance, and security testing using TDD methodology.
Implement instrumentation for monitoring product health, business metrics, and consumption patterns.
Comply with IT policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards to meet established milestones.
Stay updated on current technologies used by IST through reading, online classes, certificate programs, and other methods. Qualifications:
Experience with the following programming languages and AWS services:
TypeScript
CSS & SASS
Angular (version 8+)
Node.js
Nest.js
GraphQL
AWS (examples include but not limited to):
Lambda
CloudFront
Elasticache (Redis)
ECS Fargate
DynamoDb
S3 Buckets
CloudFormation
CloudHealth & Cost-tagging
Observability (e.g., Splunk, UiPath)
Nrwl Nx (Monorepo Tooling)
Experience developing REST and GraphQL microservices (e.g., in Node.js using Nest or Express.js frameworks)
