Production Lead – Drive Excellence in Logistics Operations

1st shift 8am -5pm M-F and/or 12noon -8pm

Take charge of production operations that keep supply chains running smoothly. As a Production Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing workflow, coaching team members, and ensuring top-tier performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

Supervise and support warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments

Resolve discrepancies in production or inventory records through root cause analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and KPIs

Maintain compliance with safety protocols, ISO standards, and company policies

Use SAP and other systems to track workflow, inventory, and reporting metrics

Recommend process improvements and participate in cost-saving initiatives

What You Bring:

Bilingual – English / Spanish

3–5 years of experience in warehouse or production leadership

Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent communication and team-building skills

Ability to lift heavy equipment and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts)

Hazardous material certification (preferred)

Associate degree or equivalent vocational training
