The role will suit a commercially astute and dynamic Head of Sales to drive the growth of this ever changing business. Leading multiple sales and business development teams this role will be key to lead the development and shape the expansion in this exciting environment.
Key responsibilities -
Evolve and implement business strategy to drive evolution and growth
To build a robust and succesful customer engagement strategy to drive growth, through new sales and client retention
Maximise opportunities across the business with innovative selling practices thus maximising revenue
Drive the growth of the team and ensure teams are fully skilled to deliver in a target based environment
Optimise performance across the scope of the role while working to key metrics
This Head of Sales role will need a seasoned sales leader with a demonstrable background in driving sales/business development in a competitive and commercial environment to drive consistent growth.
It will need a commercial sales leader who can bring an innovative, creative approach to the role but always with a results focused mindset. As a confident communicator who ideally has a good knowledge of the Legal sector this Head of Sales role will offer an exciting opportunity with the ability to really create multiple teams and to 'own your space'.
