Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Salary: $45,000-$60,000 annually, adjusted based on experience

The Lift Operations Supervisor willoversee designated ski lifts, summer attractions, and ticket checking operations to ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures for safe and efficient operations.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Supervise and assist with transportation of staff to work sites
Perform chair lift pre and post operational tasks
Maintain the lift areas as needed
Plan and conduct staff meetings and training programs
Assist in the creation of staff schedules
Plan projects and purchase supplies as it relates to our operation
Deal directly with guests as needed
Assist with investigation of accidents, complaints, or issues Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Must have atleast two years experience supervisinga large seasonal department and two years of relevant ski lift operations experience (preferred)or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
Basic education (high school) is required; a college degree is desirable
Valid driver's license Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good administrative and supervisory skills
Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals inside and outside of the company
Able tohandle emergency situations effectively
Previous guest service experience is required
Must be able to work outside, in all weather conditions, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Intermediate skiing or snowboarding skills
Knowledge of Killington/Pico Ski Resort is preferred as well as ANSI B.77 code. (The American National Standard for Passenger Ropeways.)
