Rate confirmation Job Description:

10+ years of physical DBA experience, including experience across Oracle, SQL Server, Exadata, Postgres, Microsoft Access database servers.

Needs to know Oracle inside and out

Working knowledge of how to investigate and optimize SQL queries in SQL Server and Oracle/Exadata environments.

Monitoring of database performance to include, but not limited to, memory usage, proper backups, active sessions, long-running queries, tablespace configuration, and space allocations.

Coordinate with data architects and analysts on creating schemas, tables (including partitioning), functions, views, stored procedures, database access and roles.

Coordination with the automation team for the scheduling of database.

Write scripts to enable DBA specific processing and monitoring.

Expereince in Jira, SQL server management, DBeaver, TOAD, or Oracle SQL Developer
