Backend developer

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

At least 3 + years of AWS Cloud & Terraform experience.

Experience on Python & Java in is must.

Experience on at least one of: ci/cd pipeline build/usage OR professional experience setting up cloud infrastructure

Experience in Test Driven Development, Agile, DevOps

Exhibits strong teamwork and individual drive - highly motivated with a innovation and growth mindset

Ability to provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to development community

Leverage techniques to create, develop, and mature an innovation culture Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kafka

Hands on experience with implementing infrastructure and developing on AWS - Serverless Computing service (Lambda, aurora, etc.)

Knowledgeable on SRE - Software reliability, Automation, performance engineering

Follow best practices, implement stack deployments, create, and maintain CI-CD pipelines that result in secure and scalable platforms

Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
