Title: Java Lead/Manager

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA. (2 days week onsite)

Duration: Long term contract

Need to Manage team and technical proficiency

Core skills: Spring boot, Git Hub, API, AWS, Backend, SQL-good to have ReactJS.

Proficiency with the Java JDK 8, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, Hibernate/JPA, REST and SQL Server or other object-oriented languages, front-end frameworks, and/or relational database technologies.

Solid experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/SOAP based API.

Experience with SQL, multi-threading, Message Queuing & Distributed Systems.

Experience with Design patterns.

Experience in Junit or other automated unit testing frameworks.

Knowledge of splunk or other alerting and monitoring solutions.

Fluent in the use of Git, Jenkins.

Knowledge of cloud native development such as cloud foundry, AWS etc.

Proficient with front-end development using React, Redux and Typescript a plus but not required.
