Engagement Readiness tasks:

Implementing a technical prerequisites checklist for Client to complete

Confirming technical prerequisites have been completed by Client

Determining Client technical readiness for engagement

Providing informal mentoring sessions to answer technical questions prior to engagement in order to prepare Client personnel for impending engagement

Documentation task:

Preparing a site-specific engagement overview/summary, in collaboration with Client, listing the tasks or designed at a high level the Professional Services performed by Red Hat (the "Consulting Engagement Report or "CERI, designed to capture, to the extent applicable:

Red Hat Consultants and Client engagement participants

An executive summary of goals, objectives, and ongoing issues or dependencies

An overview of engagement purpose and approach

Implementation details and verification

A summary of knowledge transfer topics by Red Hat Consultants, and o Technical next steps with Red Hat suggestions Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Design tasks:

Reviewing PKI policy docs against Red Hat Certificate System (RHCS) implementation

Reviewing P KI architecture

Working with Client to create architecture diagram with networking flows for PKI design

QA Environment task:

QA Root Cluster tasks:

Installing RHCS 10 and latest working version of Red Hat Directory Server

Exporting Certificate and Database information from RHCS 9

Comparing, updating, and merging configuration files

Importing Certificate and Database information Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8

Confirming configuration with the Hardware Security Module (HSM)

Confirming operation of Root CA

QA Sub CAs tasks:

Installing RHCS 10 and Directory Server for subordinate CAs

Exporting Certificate and Database information from RHCS 9

Comparing, updating, and merging configuration files

Importing Certificate and Database information RHEL 8

Configuring replication between primary and clone subordinate nodes

Confirming operation of both primary and clone subordinate nodes

Reviewing, revising, and documenting Installation Procedures

Prod Environment tasks:

Prod Root CA tasks:

Installing RHCS 10 and latest working version of Red Hat Directory Server

Exportng Certificate and Database information from RHCS 9

Comparing, updating, and merging configuration files

Importing Certificate and Database information to RHEL 8

Prod Sub CA tasks:

Installing RHCS 10 and Directory Server for subordinate CAS

Confirming configuration with HSM Exporting Certificate and Database information from RHCS 9

Comparing, updating, and merging configuration files

Importing Certificate and Database information RHEL 8

Configuring replication between primary and clone subordinate nodes

Confirming operation of both primary and clone subordinate nodes

Reviewing, revising, and documenting Installation Procedures

Technical Oversight tasks:

Resolving technical issues and escalations

Establishing engagement's technical scope and adjust as necessary.

Working with Client and Rod Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) on task which may include Submitting and as necessary, escalating Red Hat product issues o Submitting Red Hat project requests for enhancements (RFEs) o Submitting Red Hat Support Exceptions

Establishing technical executive communications to facilitate decision making and technical progress status Providing informal mentoring sessions on topics which may include o Filling engagement relevant Client technical knowledge gaps o Facilitating on demand architectural design making
