Strong experience in mainframe support roles, including ticket handling and job monitoring.
Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M, CA7, or ZEKE.
Familiarity with IMS/DB2 is a plus.
Knowledge of incident and change management processes in ITIL environment.
Ability to read logs, analyze abends (abend-aid), and resolve batch/job failures.
7+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe development and production support.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
