Compensation: $150k - $220k + 1%-1.5% equity

The founding team is deeply technical (10+ years each in AI research, academia, and enterprise AI), with prior experience at major tech companies and institutions. They've also brought on senior commercial/legal leadership to accelerate customer adoption.
About the Role
As a Founding Fullstack Engineer, you'll be among the first engineering hires with the opportunity to shape the infrastructure, product, and culture. This is a high-ownership role where you'll collaborate directly with the founding team to architect and scale customer-facing applications.
Responsibilities
Build and own core user-facing applications (front-end + back-end)
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to define technical direction
Drive technical projects from strategy to implementation
Promote best engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality standards
Contribute to product roadmaps and business growth initiatives Candidate Profile
4+ years in full-stack development (frontend + backend)
Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Git
Startup experience strongly preferred
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Interested in large impact and ownership as an early team member Tech Stack

Work Environment
