Plant Controller
Description:
The Plant Controller will have responsibility for internal financial controls and analysis for a single location manufacturing plant.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing plant setting
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, costing, variance analysis, inventory, reconciliations, strategic planning, etc.
• Automotive a/o Aerospace manufacturing supplier experience highly desired
• Stable employment history
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Starting base salary 130-150K. However, candidates currently above this (within reason) are still encouraged to apply.
