We Are Looking For Candidates With,

Technical Skills-

• Proven success delivering technology solutions from concept through execution and maintenance across a matrixed, complex environment

• Familiarity with analytics products, data collection methodologies, data modeling and data integration

• Experience with the Azure platform, ADF, ADW. Experience with Databricks a plus.

• Teradata, BTEQ, Stored procedures/Macro development, Teradata utilities, Performance tuning and Query optimization

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Proficiency with analytics tools and data visualization products including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics and similar technologies

• Experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst or Testing Analyst role

• Experience in Teradata, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL, and/or Business Objects querying and reporting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities : Project Design & Delivery

• Serve as data expert across business groups, development and IT teams to provide direction on data sourcing, dataset structure and reporting views that meet documented requirements

• Partner with stakeholders and project team to assess the needs of the business and drive new reporting requirements to completion.

• Enable data architecture and solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the business. Drive clarity on requirements and ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements

• Provide direction to report production teams on technology approaches and reporting outputs including dashboards, self-service portals and data visualization

• Takes ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes/systems within the HRA Technology domain for each assigned initiative.

• Partners across other domain IT teams for alignment and impact analysis.

• Proactively reviews domain for risk and mitigations before they become critical. Continually keeps stakeholders, management and project managers informed of team activities and work-plan status.

• Researches, identifies and drives improvements to project efficiency, speed and quality via cross-team synergies, methods, tools and staffing models.

• Collaborate with business and other IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provides education on potential process and system solution options, and drives business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities.

• Facilitates sessions to solicit and document requirements (e.g. creation of user stories).

• Translates business requests (Customer Journey's, EPIC's, or Business User Stories) into technical user stories, system diagrams, and low-level design documents. Includes identification and assessment of potential data sources.

• Leads analysis and translation of business, information, and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs within domain for projects with moderate complexity.

• Performs analysis on production operations and planned enhancement to identify opportunities for optimization and recommends solutions for resolution.

Required experience

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering)

• Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering) preferred

Experience and Skills That Are Nice to Have

• Scrum/Agile methodology working group experience

• Experience with distributed computing, from design, implementation and supporting in production

• Experience with Device-as-a-service systems

• Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database technologies

• Experience with software engineering best practices, design patterns and anti-patterns

• Experience in working on end to end CI/CD pipeline
