Compensation: $150K - $200K + 0.25% - 1% equity

Role Overview

As a founding full-stack engineer, you will work across the entire stack, shaping product architecture and delivering AI-driven solutions for government clients. You will be instrumental in building the first generation of AI agents, implementing core features, and helping set the technical and cultural foundation of the company.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks.

Implement AI-driven features and integrate with LLMs (OpenAI) for autonomous agents.

Collaborate directly with founders to define product direction and architecture.

Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability in early production systems.

Contribute to team culture, engineering standards, and onboarding as the team grows. Ideal Candidate

0-5 years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications.

Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, and Next.js.

Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications.

Thrives in early-stage, high-ownership startup environments.

Comfortable working on-site in San Francisco. Tech Environment
