New Therapy Perspectives is "The" provider of quality intensive outpatient services. We provide custom, confidential, and comprehensive care both in-person and virtually to those affected by a multitude of mental health challenges as well as those who are affected by substance use disorders. The Executive Administrative Assistant is a contract employee who provides high level administrative support to executives in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with Intake Referral/Registration Processes
Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, and memos.
Creating spreadsheets, managing student recruitment databases, preparing presentations
Working with vendors, partners, community agencies, etc.
Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
Assisting new contract employees with electronic systems training and act as a resource for any questions
Reviewing incoming mail documents
Assisting with file management and document organization
Conducting research
Training and/or supervising new administrative contractors
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Managing mail/fax communications
Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical administrative duties.
Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
Arranging meetings and other events
Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
