Workflow Automation Specialist (Zapier / Power Automate)

About the Role

Help Nuvia connect its digital ecosystem! You’ll design and maintain automations that streamline our forms, CRM, and donor systems - turning manual work into seamless workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and test automation flows between Jotform, Donorbox, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.

Map existing processes and document triggers/actions.

Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.

Collaborate with IT and Comms teams to ensure data accuracy.

Ideal Skills

Experience with Zapier, Power Automate, or Make (Integromat).

Logical thinker comfortable with multi-step integrations.

Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
