Job Title: Extruder Operator

Location: Epe Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 300,000 – 450,000 per month

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Extruder Operator .The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality foam output in accordance with production standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor EPE foam extrusion machines to ensure consistent production quality and output.

Set up, calibrate, and adjust extruder parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) according to production requirements.

Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.

Troubleshoot and resolve process or mechanical issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to achieve production targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Extruder Operator [Extruder machine or Recycle machine]

Strong understanding of extrusion processes, material behavior, and machine operations.

Ability to interpret technical data and machine settings.

Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Minimum qualification: OND / Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field
