Your Responsibilities

Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering pertinent diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies

Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or working independently, depending on your credentials

Guiding patients and families through education on preventive care, health wellness, and chronic disease management

Prescribing therapies and medications within your scope of practice

Accurate and detailed documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) Required Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Necessary Certifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Ohio

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent in your specialty
