Could you be the full-time Project Technical Manager (PTM) in Istanbul we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and technical leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of Alstom’s solutions, meeting technical requirements and exceeding customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project core team, design leading units, sourcing, installation, and testing teams), *coordinate technical activities with internal and external stakeholders, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the technical scope of the project and ensuring the integration of Alstom solutions, but also overseeing the engineering process to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.

We’ll look to you for:

Acting as the technical representative in front of customers and external stakeholders from NTP to the end of the warranty

Managing the technical scope of the project and addressing internal and external sub-system interfaces

Coordinating with the project core team to integrate the Alstom solution into the project

Ensuring the application of robust engineering processes to maintain quality, cost, and delivery standards

Identifying applicable regulations in the customer’s country and ensuring compliance in the project solution design

Approving all technical documents, including engineering, installation, and test & commissioning deliverables

Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Experience in engineering or technical roles, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in railway signalling

Broad knowledge of urban/railway systems

Proficiency in managing diverse teams and strong people management skills

Knowledge and experience in integration activities

Fluency in English and the local language (if applicable)

Strong technical leadership and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Capability to apply disciplined processes to deliver complex engineering projects

Excellent coordination and communication skills
