Production Supervisor - Davao

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Coordinate and manage production team, providing guidance and support.

Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.

Analyze production metrics and report on performance.

Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

Train new employees on equipment and safety standards.

Bachelor's Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering and the like.

Has at least 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment and is familiar with operating machines.

Has good leadership skills and other skills deemed necessary for the role.
