Technical Skills Gigya
· Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
· Experience with Gigya / SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) – including user identity management, authentication flow support, and access troubleshooting.
· Ability to handle admin activities, system monitoring, and integration health checks.
· Knowledge of web-based systems, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
· Exposure to SaaS integrations and data flow troubleshooting.
· Consultant Tools Support
· Experience in PHP and WordPress
· Perform basic configuration, content management, and integration checks.
· Experience in SaaS-based tools like: Seismic (Sales enablement), Solution Tool (SaaS-based solution management)
Good to Have:
· Prior experience in customer data management platforms (CDPs).
· Understanding of Sales enablement or marketing automation platforms.
· Experience in SaaS tool integrations via API, Boomi, or similar middleware.
· Exposure to incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
· Experience in documentation and knowledge base creation.
