We are looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager - Workday to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery across HR, Finance, and Payroll modules.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project risks, budgets, and change control processes to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and status updates, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Provide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities and recommend enhancements to optimize business processes.
Monitor post-implementation performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications:
8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday implementations.
Proven success managing large-scale ERP or HCM projects in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Workday modules, integration points, and data migration strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
