The Bilingual Team Lead is responsible for HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with client facility management and participating in multiple Operational functions such as employee relations, safety, training, record keeping, performance management, policy implementation, and communication in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with our client's each business day.
JOB DUTIES:
Hiring and placement of temporary staff in a manufacturing facility in alignment to production needs
Perform all tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to time sheet management; personnel policies; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Lead employee discipline, terminations, and investigations.
Maintain compliance with client HR and Operations teams
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year experience as an Onsite Supervisor position.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is strongly desired.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
