Post Closing Analyst

Are you an experienced Post Closing Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Post Closing Analyst to work at their company in Columbus, OH.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Provides advanced clerical support to Home Lending Secondary Marketing

Coordinates a variety of complex tasks and data input under minimal supervision

Resolves data discrepancies between the Loan Origination Systems and agency-calculated values

Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organisational procedures, agency eligibility guidelines and loan delivery standards

Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal, regulatory and investor-defined reporting, remitting and reconciling requirements

Complete loans prefund documentation, closing approval, and deliver closing package to Bond Agencies - OHFA, MSHDA, WVH, IHDA, IHCDA and MNHFA

Work closely with internal Home Lending departments and title Companies to research and resolve loan issues

Must be able to prioritise daily workload to stay on task of the multi-stage of loan purchase stages

Assist Home Lending Secondary Market Shippers during high production with loan deliveries
