Salary: $68,000-124,000+ based off of tenure and years of experience

Project Manager – Critical Facilities
As a Project Manager on our Critical Facilities team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering and leading complex, high-impact projects. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and engineering cutting-edge building automation and energy management systems, ensuring alignment with local energy codes, sustainability goals, and project specifications.
This role offers a dynamic mix of technical challenges, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide project management tasks (job plans, labor planning/scheduling, fiscal analysis, etc.)
Select and Manage sub-contractors and suppliers as needed
Manage and schedule time to complete assignments on time and within budget
Analyze system performance at both the building and campus level, ensuring documentation is thorough and accurate.
Evaluate and optimize building control and mechanical system performance across multiple layers.
Develop custom programming solutions to enhance building efficiency and operational performance.
Design intuitive user interfaces (DDC or SCADA) for seamless system interaction.
Collaborate directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Program complex DDC (Direct Digital Controls) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems tailored to project and mechanical requirements.
Gain hands-on experience with project financial tracking, including monthly audits and post-project reviews.
Contribute to company-wide standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of education and hands-on experience, including:
A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred, but all disciplines welcome)
Experience in financial tracking, monthly audits, and project review
Exposure to programming concepts
Experience working with mechanical systems
Ability to create and manage labor plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Experience with DDC or PLC systems
