Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering activities with business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new products and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong leadership background and technical expertise in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
