We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and implement business intelligence reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization expertise, proficiency in data modeling, and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights for business decision-making.

Job Description

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

Develop data models and create DAX measures to support analytical requirements.

Connect Power BI to various data sources, including SQL Server, Excel, and flat files, ensuring accuracy and performance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into efficient data visualizations.

Optimize Power BI reports for speed, usability, and scalability.

Manage data refresh schedules, access permissions, and workspace organization within Power BI Service.

Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.

Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and report enhancements as needed. Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service).

Proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.

Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M Language).

Experience working with relational databases and integrating multiple data sources.

Ability to create visually appealing, interactive, and performance-optimized dashboards.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
