Title: Manufacturing Plant Manager

Location: Winchester, VA

Pay: $160,000 - $180,000

Bonus: 25% annual

Benefits: Paid holidays, PTO accrual: start at 15 days, 6% 401k and additional 2%, Health, Dental, Vision, etc.

This role has the potential to be considered in the succession plan for the VP of Operations within the next few years. What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations.

Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Supervise and manage a team of employees, including training, performance evaluation, and career development.

Ensure the plant operates in accordance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards.

Develop and manage the plant's budget; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee inventory levels and manage material supplies to ensure production is not disrupted.

Prepare and present regular reports on production, quality, safety, and other key performance indicators. What We're Looking For:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related, required.

Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

Experience with process improvement and change management

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer proficiency in Office 365.
