We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

• Prepare thorough correspondence, presentations, and reports to support sales efforts.

• Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate records and timely submissions.

• Coordinate personal appointments, events, and reservations for key stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, service providers, and household staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide logistical support for events, gifting, and travel arrangements.

• Assist with various projects, including real estate and philanthropic initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently.• Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, with familiarity in luxury, hospitality, or family office environments being advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and delivering quality results in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
