Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neurology team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a provider eager to grow within a dynamic neurology practice through hands-on training and mentorship from experienced neurologists.
Position Summary:
The NP/PA will work closely with neurologists in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing care to patients with a wide range of neurological disorders including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, migraines, and neuropathies. The successful candidate will undergo a structured training period tailored to developing proficiency in neurological examination, diagnosis, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and obtain detailed histories.
Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with neurological conditions.
Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with neurologists, nurses, and other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Training and Mentorship:
A tailored onboarding and neurology training program (duration may vary based on experience).
Direct mentorship from board-certified neurologists.
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted NP or PA licensure.
Certification as an NP or PA by a recognized national certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
Prior experience in internal medicine, family practice, or related fields preferred.
Interest in neurology with a commitment to continued learning in the specialty.

The position is primarily outpatient-based, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no overnight or weekend shifts.

Pay: $117,337.00 - $130,000.00 per year
