Role Summary

Category Coordinator

Workplace: Jasionka near Rzeszów (podkarpackie)

Type of employment: Contract of employment (UoP), full-time

We are currently expanding our team and looking to recruit suitable candidates who would be interested in our Category Coordinator role.

The coordinator ensures availability of assigned parts in accordance with maintenance requirements for scheduled and unscheduled events, while minimizing total inventory levels and procuring parts from approved vendors at the lowest available cost.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase material and parts from external suppliers for production demands

Follow up on delivery on time from suppliers, solve receiving claims and invoice issues

Initiate internal transfer of material and parts to where they are needed

Report status of delivery to operation

Action on min/Max settings and back fill stock

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Education:

3 years college and/or university degree, and/ or relevant work experience.

Knowledge of ERP Systems

Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Word)

Skills:

Detail oriented and mechanically minded

Strong technical and analytical skills

Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent collaborative problem-solving skills with an ability to implement solutions

Ability to multitask in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment

Team Player with the ability to work unsupervised

Communicative knowledge of English at B2 level

Must have the legal right to reside and work in Poland
