Software Developer Sr

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Software Developer to work in Columbus, OH.

This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. This is an on-site role for local candidates only.

Job Summary:

As part of a larger technology team, the Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. You will troubleshoot and enhance existing applications, create software based on specifications, document processes, and propose improvements. The role requires collaboration with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams while working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:

Build advanced software solutions to address business and client needs.

Translate specifications into functional, high-quality software.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.

Create and maintain technical documentation;propose process improvements.

Share knowledge with team members and provide guidance as needed.

Maintain expertise in software tools, languages, and technologies used by the company.

Requirements:

Bachelorâ s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of software development experience.

Proficient in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, Spring Boot, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Experience with SQL, Git, CI/CD practices, and container technologies.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Goal:

Develop high-quality, reliable software that supports business operations and improves efficiency.
