EPI Power is seeking an elite Site Superintendent to lead the full field execution of high-profile data center electrical projects across the U.S.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front — guiding foremen, general foremen, and trade partners in delivering mission-critical infrastructure that keeps industries running and data flowing.

What You’ll Do

Direct all electrical field operations and manpower on site

Drive safety, productivity, and schedule performance across all scopes

Collaborate closely with project management and client representatives

Manage foremen, subcontractors, and resources to deliver on time and on budget

Resolve challenges with calm leadership and practical solutions

Set the standard for safety, quality, and team performance

What You Bring

10+ years in electrical construction, with data center or mission-critical experience

Proven success managing large electrical teams or multiple foremen

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities

Ability to read, plan, and execute complex electrical systems to spec
