What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and motivate your crew of skilled electricians

Plan and execute daily work with precision, safety, and quality in mind

Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schedules

Communicate clearly with General Foremen and Site Supervision

Ensure installations meet or exceed EPI Power standards and NEC requirements

Represent EPI’s culture of professionalism and performance in everything you do

What You Bring

5+ years of electrical construction experience

Proven success leading crews in data center or industrial settings

Deep understanding of NEC and electrical installation practices

Driven, organized, and committed to doing the job right

Pay Range: $35.00 – $46.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Per Diem: $125.00 (must work 6 days to get full 7 days per diem)

EPI Power offers overtime opportunities, steady long-term work, and advancement into General Foreman and Site Supervision roles.
