Associate Attorney

Job Description

The Villari Firm, PLLC is looking for an attorney associate who has 3+ years of experience. Our firm primarily handles Medical Malpractice and Catastrophic Injury, as well as a diverse array of complex and simple Personal Injury matters. Rate of pay is commensurate with experience. Must know how to properly type at least 80+ words per minute without looking at the keys. Please send CV and salary requirement.

Responsibilities Include:

Handling Intake Calls

Maintaining Case List/Case Management Software

Drafting Correspondence

Obtaining/Organizing/Maintaining Medical Records

Drafting/Outlining Pleadings and Discovery

Electronic Filing

Miscellaneous Day-to-Day Firm Operation Tasks

Medical Records Collection

Summary of Medical Records

The right candidate will receive Deposition and Trial experience.
