Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.Compensation:

$16 - $19 hourlyResponsibilities:

Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services.

Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.

Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.Qualifications:

Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
