In our Plant in Tetovo, we have currently open position for Materials Planner in Logistics department.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate weekly material planning calculation according production plan and customer orders

Ensuring timely supply of materials for continuous production process

Evaluating production plans on short, middle and long terms

Monitoring the inventory levels of all materials needed for production

Releasing forecasted schedules to supply chain

Announcing transport events to transport team

Requesting feedback from supply chain on material availability confirmation

Investigating potential bottle necks in supply chain and communicating them accordingly

Taking crucial role in achieving team KPI’s (Low rate on premium transports, Inventory value, Excess & Obsolete and Days on hand)

Required qualifications:

Education: University degree, preferably Technical Faculties

Work experience: 2 years of work experience in a similar or the same position/automotive industry

Professional knowledge: knowledge of the automotive industry, knowledge of material management, IT skills (MS Office, knowledge of MFG-Pro will be considered an advantage)

Language: Advanced level of English

Computer skills: Microsoft Office
