As our new Data Analyst you will be responsible for addressing a diverse and challenging range of problems to help us make better business decisions at Oxylabs.io.

Your day-to-day:

Develop clear hypotheses and analyze customer behavior to better understand our users and uncover improvement opportunities;

Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations;

Proactively identify and suggest improvement areas to senior management;

Define key metrics and build dashboards and reports to monitor them;

Build forecast models to support business development;

Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed;

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Your skills & experience:

3–5 years’ experience in an analytical role;

Strong knowledge of SQL;

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (we use Power BI, but Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Grafana, or similar tools are also great);

Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses about business performance;

Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to find smart workarounds when data is limited;

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.

Nice to have:

Experience with data modeling;

Experience working with Python.

Salary:

Gross salary: 4000 - 5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
