The Opportunity
As a key member of our Oracle Services practice, you will assist national consulting teams with the planning, execution, and management of large-scale application implementations. Your expertise will extend to working with Oracle applications and technology services, delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs.
In your role as a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will help define user and customer requirements while focusing on user interface development across various platforms. You will also engineer software components and services to ensure efficient communication within system architectures.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive high-quality processes, solutions, and projects while focusing on risk management and continuous improvement.
Oversee the delivery of workstreams with strategic oversight.
Manage project statuses and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Engage in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution.
Identify new service opportunities to promote business growth.
Contribute to RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
Plan resources within budget constraints.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A 4-year bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Significant experience with SCM/ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience with 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications.
Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and SOAP technologies.
Proven expertise in integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft.
Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies like OUM or AIM.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a passion for integrating business processes with technology.
Willingness to travel 60-80% as needed for client engagements.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; an MBA or MS is preferred.
